GQ-Fast is an in-memory SQL Analytics on Graphs. It answers the relationship queries efficiently. Relationship queries is a common type of online analytical processing (OLAP) queries in graph databases. This demo provides an interfact to instantly explore PubMed dataset.
Step 1: Input a Mesh tag, which can be obtained ether from NLM's website (https://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/) or from the auto-completion list provided by GQ-Fast. Step 2:Once a Mesh tag is chosen, GQ-Fast starts to search relevant tags and also aggregates relevant publications instantly. Step 3:Explore the relevant tags in a visual space. Red colored nodes are drugs while blue colored nodes are diseases. Click on any node, a new query is issued to GQ-Fast.
